The purpose of the HRSA-ILA Vacation & Holiday Fund is to provide eligible employees with pay for the ILA holidays and the vacation benefits that are contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreements between the employer members of the Hampton Roads Shipping Association and the locals of the International Longshoremen's Association, AFL-CIO.The current benefits consist of 16 paid holidays and one, two, three or six weeks of vacation pay. Vacation and Holiday benefits are based upon the number of hours worked for contributing employers and credit hours during a Contract Year.
